It is the moment the body stops performing and starts speaking in its own language. Without correction. Without explanation.

The body has its own intelligence. Its own memory. Its own emotional rhythm.

Movement allows what has been held inside to circulate again.

Not every emotion needs analysis. Some simply need motion.


When the body is given freedom, it often returns us to a forgotten sense of aliveness.
